Exchanges Policy

As you know, we are a women-run startup, bootstrapping our way to growth. Every dollar counts as we build this mission and movement. If a product is not quite right, we would love to work with you to find one that is. If you must return an item, we understand. Please ensure that it is new, unworn, unwashed and includes all of the original packaging. Please return within 30 days of purchase. Thank you!

Detailed instructions follow below: 

Exchanges

Naturally, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please take the following steps

1) Email info@moxieandmoss.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment with the below info included in the email:

  1. order number
  2. item for return
  3. reason for exchange (we love feedback--bring it on!)

Once your exchange request is received, we will email you back. For eligible exchanges, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label to print and paste on original package - please include:

  1. the product(s)
  2. copy of the packing slip

Anyone using our return shipping labels will automatically be tracked.

After we receive your item(s), note that it can take 5-7 days to fully process the exchange.  If you would like to exchange sizes, we’ll ship out your new size as soon as your original pant is on its way back to us.

Refunds

If you must return an item, please take the following steps

1)  Email info@moxieandmoss.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment with the below info included in the email:

  1. order number
  2. item for return
  3. reason for return (we love feedback--bring it on!)

Once your return request is received, we will email you back. For eligible returns, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label to print and paste on original package - please include:

  1. the product(s)
  2. copy of the packing slip

After we receive your item(s), note that it can take 5-7 days to fully process the return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. Please allow 10 business days to see refunds reflected on your credit card statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Still no luck? Please contact us at info@moxieandmoss.com.

Gift cards cannot be returned. If you receive a gift card, and you already own every single one of our products, and you cannot possibly find a use for the gift card, we suggest donating it to Oregon Tradeswomen Inc. at http://www.tradeswomen.net/ Someone there will be sure to find a use for it, and a big part of our mission is to support women in the trades.
